I am chartered accountant in practice and believe me practising a profession is much tougher task then doing job.

Most of students ask me whether to go for practice or job, and they are in real dillemma what to do. I would strongly advise them to do job as per my point of view, However everybody has its own reasons and both are equally important and have both pros and cons. With this post , I would like to list them few:

1. Merits of Job: Fixed salary, No staff management , Fixed timings, Constant cash flows, High credibility, Social network

2. Demerits of job: Less growth ratio, High accountability and reporting

3. Merits of professional practice: High Growth ratio, No reporting

4. Demerits of professional practice: No regular cash flows, No fixed income, Less social network, High turnover of staff

Tough Indian Legal laws

Being chartered accountant and company secretary both, it is my job to fight and came across with tough indian legal laws on daily basis, but sometimes I really got fed up.

With clients money at stake, we may advise them but real toughness we got a feeling when we actually face it in our real life. Same I am feeling for issue of passport of my son. What a tough compliances we have in Indian legal system

Pari comes at our home

Last to last month, my sister got blessed with baby girl and this is huge moment for our family to celebrate. My sons got his sister, we are waiting for this occasion for so long period of time.

Jyoti, my sister got blessed with result of all prays she made in last so many years. This is the time our family looking for and we are so happy

Change in life

Most of times, I am looking for changes and adapt them and implement them.

This month there seems everything is in control of almight god.

Sometime you even did not looking for change but it comes to you and you feel lets go for it.

Looking for new job, winding up of my professional practice, family celebrations everything seems planned by god not me.

Hectic Week

This week is going to be very hectic.

I am on planning for my son's first bday. I want to celebrate it huge since he brings lot of luck and happiness in my life and we complete family want to celebrate it huge.

We are planning a party with 200 invitees, lot of fun and exciting magic show for childrens. Return gifts, lavish and extensive dinner menu,
and then MAA Bhagwati Jagaran will follow complete night. Looking forward to it
